I am a final-year Kinesiology student with a global perspective on whole-person health. My journey began in Texas in pre-veterinary majors and has taken me through intensive science studies, competitive speech and debate, and hands-on work with youth, athletes, and families. As an international student in Canada, I’ve learned how to adapt quickly, communicate clearly under pressure, and represent institutions with professionalism and care. These experiences now shape how I approach movement, health promotion, and client support.
